Michael Krausman is the Broker at FU-NAR Real Estate and has been licensed since 1985. Mike is one of the top agents in the Metro-Detroit area with sales exceeding 60M this past year. Mike is friendly and accessible but still ticks all the boxes that well-heeled homeowners and buyers need from their agent. Mike manages to convey his dedication to service but also highlights his focus on relationships rather than deals, which is an attractive proposition for people who may be less than excited to work with your typical stuffy real estate brokerages. When you buy a home, it’s not just about a house; it’s about finding a space that offers you and your family the best future possible. As your trusted advisors, our agents are ready to walk with you through every stage of your journey – from guiding you through different communities, to matching you with a home that you can love for years to come. At FU-NAR we DON'T require a Buyer Agency Agreement like most other local brokers.
We can help you sell your home with our Sister-Company Luxury Living Flat Fee for a small one-time fee of $249.99 plus just 1/10th of 1% when it closes. We are getting many calls directly from buyers since the NAR Settlement and will send those to you directly or we can work with both of you and put a win-win deal together as a Transaction Coordinator for a total commission of as low as 1% of the sales price of your home.
We will show you up to 10 homes and write up to three offers to purchase. Upon closing of property purchaser will pay FU-NAR $3000 for services rendered. Most sellers will have a 3% Buyer Agent Commission built-in to the list price. Because you are paying us directly, you will have a BIG Advantage when your offer is presented. FU-NAR will notify your title company and you will see this charge on the Buyer Settlement Statement at the closing.
Over the course of the last 10 to 15 years, real estate “transaction fees” have become somewhat commonplace. These fees come in many shapes and sizes, including “document retention fees,” “compliance fees” and “transaction fees,” to name three we see commonly. We've seen these fees range from $199.00 to $999.00 Here at FU-NAR we've never had'em, never will.
