Buyer Agent Retainer

We will show you up to 10 homes and write up to three offers to purchase. Upon closing of property purchaser will pay FU-NAR $3000 for services rendered. Most sellers will have a 3% Buyer Agent Commission built-in to the list price. Because you are paying us directly, you will have a BIG Advantage when your offer is presented. FU-NAR will notify your title company and you will see this charge on the Buyer Settlement Statement at the closing.

No Hidden Fees

Over the course of the last 10 to 15 years, real estate “transaction fees” have become somewhat commonplace. These fees come in many shapes and sizes, including “document retention fees,” “compliance fees” and “transaction fees,” to name three we see commonly. We've seen these fees range from $199.00 to $999.00 Here at FU-NAR we've never had'em, never will.
